Berries are great for a delicious snack or they can be used to sweeten your favorite foods. For example, instead of dumping a ton of sugar on your oatmeal, use a handful of blueberries. Every time you make a positive substitution you'll be that much closer to good health and your goal weight. I hope this free list of fat burning berries will help you meet your weight loss goals.
 

Tip: You don't have to go crazy and stop eating everything you love to lose weight. Each week substitute one "bad" food for one that is on our list and the fat will slowly but surely melt off. Example: Skip the candy bars and eat an apple instead. Just by doing that you'll be miles ahead of most people and well on your way to a thinner, happier you!

P.S. It won't do any good if you cover apples with caramel or dunk cherries in chocolate. You have to be realistic. Eat these foods as nature intended - plain!
