| Buffalo fish
can be prepared like any other fish. You can fry it, bake it, deep
fry it, grill it, broil it, whatever. For our purposes, however, the
best way to cook it is to bake it. Simple put the filets in a glass
baking dish, dribble some melted margarine & lemon juice on it,
and bake it uncovered at 350° to 375° until done, about 20
minutes, give or take a bit. Serve it with a nice salad
and maybe a melon
smoothie and you've got one heck of a good meal. |
