Fat Burning Chicken

This fat burnng chicken cacciatore
recipe is easy and affordable. You could serve this over whole wheat pasta,
if desired.
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken
breast cut into 8 pieces
1 green pepper diced
1 clove garlic minced
2 tbsp. finely chopped pimento
1 bay leaf
¼ tsp. Thyme
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups stewed tomatoes
Brown chicken in large sauce pan. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover
and simmer 30
minutes. Uncover and cook until sauce thickens. |
