Garlic Grilled Snow Crab

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup minced garlic
3 to 5 pounds snow crab clusters, thawed

Preheat your grill to a high heat. When it is good and hot, brush some olive oil on the grate.

While the grill is heating up, combine the olive oil, margarine, and garlic in a food processor and let her rip for a few seconds. Brush this mixture on the crab.

Cook the crab until the shell starts to turn brown, about 6 to 8 minutes.

Crab Stuffed Catfish

1 - 6 oz can of crabmeat - drained
3 Tbsp seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp melted margarine
1 1/2 tsp. light mayonnaise
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
dash cayenne pepper
2 (6 ounce) fillets catfish

Preheat the oven ot 425°. Combine the first seven ingredients. Cut the fillets in half widthwise. Grease an 8" square baking pan and place two fillet halves in it. Press the crab mixture onto the fish then cover with the remaining halves. Bake uncovered for 22 to 25 minutes or until flakey.
