101 Fat Burning Foods
Retired Fat Burning Foods
These are foods which we've rotated off our original list of 101 fat burning foods. Some of them are impractical for most people and some have simply been replaced by better foods. You should still feel free to give them a try because they are still good fat burners, we just felt that it was time to make some changes.

Abalone - Fresh abalone is just too difficult for most people to get.

Turtle meat - Turtle meat is too hard for most people to get so we've taken them off the list.

Frog legs - I think everyone likes frog legs but I've only ever seen them at restaurants so we think there are better foods to have on the list.

Chilean sea bass - We have questions about the sustainability of Chilean sea bass so we felt it was time to move them off the official list.

Buffalo fish - These are just too hard to get for some people.

Steaks - Yes, steaks are still awesome fat burners but we thought we should clarify things a bit so instead we've changed our recommendation to lean beef.

Dandelion greens - While they are awesome fat fighters, they are hard to get unless you have a yard and then you have to worry about where your dog peed.

Quince - I've never, ever seen these for sale so I think it is time to remove them from the offical list. If you can find them, try them.

Red Cabbage - How many kinds of cabbage do we need?

Sorrel - It looks like I messed this page up when I built the site, let's try something different.

Celeriac - It's a great fat burner but it is hard to get, at least around here.

Black Salsify - Nothing wrong it, it was just time to try something new.

Loganberries - Good to eat but hard to find.

Kumquats - Good for you but not always available.

Quince - What is a quince? I don't even know anymore. Off the list it goes.

Tangerines - These are essentially oranges so I took them off the list because they seemed redundant.

Mustard Greens -

Chinese Cabbage -

Honeydew -

Okra -

Crayfish -

Bass -
