| These fruits are great if you are trying to lose weight. Find a few that you like and use them for snacks or even mix them up for a great tasting salad. Tip: You don't have to go crazy and stop eating everything you love to lose weight. Each week substitute one "bad" food for one that is on our list and the fat will slowly but surely melt off. Example: Skip the candy bars and eat an apple instead. Just by doing that you'll be miles ahead of most people and well on your way to a thinner, happier you!
