Fun Fruit Salad

3 cups fresh strawberries, halved
3½ cups cantaloupe, cut up
2½ cups seedless grapes
1/3 cup shelled pistachios
1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
2 Tbsp. sugar or artificial sweetener

In a medium sized bowl, combine the fruit and the pistachios. Combine the sugar (or sweetener) with the frozen lemonade and stir it like crazy. Slowly add it to the fruit, stirring to coat. Serve chilled. Makes about 8 servings.

Grape Volcano Smoothie

1/2 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt (plain)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
2 ice cubes

Put everything in a blender and beat it like a red headed stepchild.
