Fat Burning Greens |

| They aren't much fun but they do burn fat and they are good for you. If you don't want to sit down to a bowl of greens, try adding them to your meals instead. For example, instead of eating a plain old turkey sandwich, add some lettuce to it. With just a little creativity you can easily use these foods to lose weight and still feel full. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Tip: I hate to break the news to you but drowning your greens in 1000 Island dressing more or less defeats the purpose of eating them to begin with. The good news is that if you read labels you will find that there are many, many low fat/low calorie dressings that taste just as good as the regular stuff. Ideally, however, you would eat your greens as simply as possible. |
