This fat burning version of
my grandma's old favorite is easy to make and it tastes pretty good too.
Preheat oven to 350
1 lb. diced or ground chicken
or turkey, cooked
2 medium potatoes boiled and diced
1 green pepper diced
1 stalk celery diced
2 tbsp. Pimento diced
½ cup diced onion
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup tomato juice
Combine ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
