There is no reason why you can't continue to eat meat and seafood and still lose weight. In fact, meat and seafood provide valuable nutrients that you just can't get from a salad so really you should consider them vital for a balanced diet. And really, losing weight is supposed to be a fun adventure, not a vitality killing drag.

Tip: You need to use a little common sense when eating these foods. For example, please note that lobster is on the list but melted butter is not. In other words, don't ruin the fat fighting properties of these foods by dumping high calorie, high fat condiments on them. Also, it is far better to bake these foods than it is to fry them... all that oil is counter-productive to your weight loss efforts.
