calcium, iron, and it even has a bit of protein. Instead of using
a sprig here and there, generously incorporate directly into many
of your favorite foods.
Using
Parsley
Parsley is generally used as a
garnish but it can also be added to soups, stews, salads, and sauces.
It is best to use fresh parsley and you should keep the cooking to
a minimum so as to not destroy its nutrient value. Munching on a few
sprigs after your favorite garlic
dish can help freshen your breath too.
