Pear Nog
1 pear, cored and cut into chunks (peel if desired)
1/2 cup skim or 1% milk
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 tsp brown sugar
1 large pinch of cinnamon
2 or 3 ice cubes
Put everything in a blender and blend until
smooth, about 15 or 20 seconds.

Microwave Breakfast Cobbler
1 - 16 oz can peaches,
sliced and drained
1 - 16 oz can pears, halves and drained
1 cup prunes, pitted and halved
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1½ cups lowfat granola cereal
1/3 cup orange juice
In a shallow, 6-cup microwave safe bowl, toss
the pears, peaches, orange peel, prunes, and orange juice. Sprinkle
the granola on top and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes (or less...
keep an eye on it). Let stand a minute or two and serve warm.
