Plums taste best at room
temperature.
If your plums are hard,
put them in a loosely closed paper bag. They will be ready to eat
in a day or two.
Fresh, ripe plums will
keep for only about 3 days in the fridge so don't buy too many and
eat them right away.
Plums are famous for
their ability to help with constipation but if you don't need help
in that area you might want to consider skinning them. |
