Common Uses for Radishes
Radishes can be used in any dish calling for
vegetables. They can be grated up for salads or cubed for soups.
They are usually eaten raw and they make fine additions to any vegetable
tray (just be sure to use low-fat dressing, if any).
Radishes are said to be good for liver and thyroid
problems so if you are having troubles they might help (get your
own medical advice from a doctor).
