Common Uses for Rutabagas
Rutabagas can be eaten raw or cooked.
In either case they need to be peeled. You can slice them and eat
them like that or you can grate them up for salads.
If you want to cook them, think of them more
or less as potatoes. They can be boild, steamed, fried, used in
stews and soups, pretty much any dish that calls for potatoes can
use rutabagas instead.
